Signing up for a Planet Fassa account is easy with our quick 3-step process:
1. Enter your birthday
2. Create a User ID and password for you and your child
3. Choose a membership option
Let The Fun Begin
- You are now logged in to your adult account. Click "GET STARTED!" to view our tutorials or jump right in by going to "My Planet Fassa"!
- Then, help your Fassa Kid login with his/her User ID and password.
- Check for 2 e-mails: an account creation confirmation and a credit card receipt.

Q: How many Village Members can I invite?
A: Each child has his or her own "Village" on Planet Fassa. With a Membership, you can invite all the people who share in loving and raising your child into his or her Village. Village Memberships are free.

Q: I've been invited to a Village, what does that mean?
A: If you receive an e-mail invitation to a Village, that means the Primary Account Holder has approved you to join a Fassa Kid's Village. You will be able to interact with the Fassa Kid by sending messages, doing activities, offering rewards, and more!
If you already have a Planet Fassa Account, click the "Activate Account" button in the e-mail. Then click the third button on the Welcome Screen to login. If you do not have an account, you can sign up for a free Village Member account.
Q: What does a Village Member get to do?
A: A Village Member with unlimited rights can do almost everything that a Primary Account Holder can do on Planet Fassa! The Village Member can access our Nugget database, offer rewards, read his/her Fassa Kid's books, send messages, and approve and complete Nuggets.
Q: How do I sign up for an account as a Village Member?
A: If you are invited to join a Village and are not already a member of Planet Fassa, you can activate a free Village Member account.
- Click the "Activate Account" button in the e-mail.
- Enter your birthday, agree to terms, and click "Next".
- Enter and confirm your e-mail address.
- Create a User ID or click the checkbox to use your e-mail address as your User ID.
- Enter and confirm a Password.
- Enter the Activation Code from the e-mail.
- Click "Next".
- Click "GET STARTED!" to take our tutorials or jump right in by going to "My Planet Fassa"!
Q: Why "Fassa"?
A: The meaning behind Fassa is threefold:
- First, F-A-S-S-A stands for Fun, Activities, Stories, Service, Awards - one quick word that describes the Planet Fassa experience.
- Second, Fassa is the main character in our first series of original stories, The Fassa Tails. Fassa sees the silver lining in everything and the beauty in everyone. He is open-minded, good-hearted, generous, and he makes us laugh!
- Third, Fassa is just plain fun to say…try saying it in a whisper. Now say it a little slower…F-A-S-S-AHHH….hee hee. Fun, isn’t it?
