To maintain its trusted standing, Planet Fassa submits to re-certification by TRUSTe every year as well as ongoing site inspections throughout the year. Because the Children's Seal has higher standards, Planet Fassa was stringently reviewed to ensure 100% compliance.
TRUSTe's Watchdog Dispute Resolution program allows our users to voice any privacy-related concerns directly to Planet Fassa and to register complaints with TRUSTe. This program allows Planet Fassa to remain in touch with our members and address concerns promptly and effectively.
